We use Quillen model structures to show a systematic method lift recollements of hereditary abelian categories their associated homotopy categories. To that end, we the notion adjoint triples and investigate transfers along pairs. In this paper, we extend the well-known Hilbert’s syzygy theorem to the Gorenstein homological dimensions of rings. Also, we study the Gorenstein homological dimensions of direct products of rings. Our results generate examples of non-Noetherian rings of finite Gorenstein dimensions and infinite classical weak dimension.

Existence of proper Gorenstein projective resolutions and Tate cohomology is proved over rings with a dualizing complex. The proofs are based on Bousfield Localization which is originally a method from algebraic topology.

In this article we study injective representations of infinite quivers. We classify the indecomposable injective representations of trees and then describe Gorenstein injective and projective representations of barren trees.
