Since October in 2005, it has been efforts of the world people, manifested in television and led notably by me, the India Member, Zhejiang Member, and US Members in the world satellite networks, to attempt to realize electromagnetic unification of four forces. In 2009 I finished writing a book on the major progressions made by them up to then, and in 2015 I published this book entitled as “Elec...

This paper is concerned with a priori C∞ regularity for threedimensional doubly periodic travelling gravity waves whose fundamental domain is a symmetric diamond. The existence of such waves was a long standing open problem solved recently by Iooss and Plotnikov. The main difficulty is that, unlike conventional free boundary problems, the reduced boundary system is not elliptic for three-dimens...

Some key concepts of particle physics like mass, charge, forces and fundamental interactions are here seen not as basic but as mere useful derived concepts. It will be shown that these derived concepts can be understood in a unitary way in light of the New global physics, the Hyperphysis, rooted onto the organizing principle of eurhythmy.

it is not possible to understand developments of a country’s culture and civilization without knowing his believes and myths. whether it is north or south, east or west, planes or mountains, sahara or deserts, here in iran every corner includes valuable and precious treasures which are known all over the world, and cultural – historical objects which are found here adorn all well known museums of the globe. zagros mountains, lorestan province locating at the heart of that, are not only the same, but are more prominent than other iranian regions. you can not find someone who does not know what the lorestani bronzes are, and there is no museum that not be pride of having a piece of that. the said bronzes which are manufactured four millenniums b.c. are admired nearly by all those researchers because of their beauty, diversity and technique. lorestani artistic works including stone engraves, bronzes and clays, show an ideal and metaphysical world beside real world which explain mental system of human beings on that era against sensations and phenomena happening around them. men main mental occupation on that time was he unknown world which had surrounded them, and they used to use the religion to fight life’s natural factors, and art was a tool of religious and mythical painting which was far from reality and had entered into the abstract domain. as natural objects have become subjects of lorestani art, it cleanses them from any non – intrinsic limitations and external factors which surround them and darken their meanings, and just shows their main specifications. artist in the said civilization is not searching for realism. although these are few works showing the nature, but in effect there is no wish to imitate touchable factors of the nature, and artist has turned real phenomena to encoded signs as per his own mentality. this procedure is called stylization.

This report describes a pilot comparison of resistance measurements performed between Danish Fundamental Metrology(DFM), Lyngby, Denmark, and Semiconductor Physics Institute (SPI), Vilnius, Lithuania, at resistance values 100 Ω and 10kΩ. Dansk resumé: Denne rapport beskriver en pilotsammenligning af måling af resistans mellem Dansk Fundamental Metrologi (DFM), Lyngby, Danmark, og Semiconductor ...

All the methods for estimating the fundamental matrix do not naturally exploit the rank-2 constraint. For these reason some few rank-2 parameterizations of the fundamental matrix have been proposed over the years. In general they can be or an over-parameterization (12 parameters) and being generally valid, or use a minimal set of parameters (eight) but do not cover all the rank-2 matrices. We p...

Relationship between the speed of gravity cg and the speed of light ce in the bi-metric theory of gravity is discussed. We reveal that the speed of light is a function of the speed of gravity which is a primary fundamental constant. Thus, experimental measurement of relativistic bending of light propagating in time-dependent gravitational field directly compares the speed of gravity versus the ...

Let Sf be a compact Riemann surface, which we will assume to have curvature normalized to be — 1 , and let 0=A0<A1^A2^• • be the eigenvalues corresponding to the problem AF+AF=0 on Sf \ where A is the Laplacian for £P. In an otherwise very interesting and useful paper [2], McKean has stated that it is always the case that A ^ J. In this paper, we will show that this need not be true, and that i...

We give a general structure theory for reconstructing group actions on sets without any assumptions on the group, the action, or the set on which the group acts. Using certain ‘local data’ D from the action we build a group G(D) of the data and a space X (D) with an action of G(D) on X (D) that arise naturally from the data D. We use these to obtain an approximation to the original group G, the...

Vibrotactile texture stimuli have commonly been used to produce sensations of roughness. The extension of such stimuli to other textural modalities enhances their applicability. We found that laterally asymmetric vibrotactile stimuli cause a sensation of friction rather than vibration. When a vibrotactile contactor moves in one direction, it sticks to the finger pad and induces lateral skin str...
