In this paper a destriping technique is proposed for pushbroom-type satellite imaging systems. This technique is based on Moment Matching algorithm and assumes a linear response for each detector of imaging system. In the most of the works in this field, the offset parameter in detectors’ response is neglected and images are corrected using only an estimation of gain parameter. Proposed m...

Metal(II) complexes of hydrazine derived Schiff-base ligands of the type M(L)(2)Cl(2) where M = Co, Cu, Ni and Zn and L = L(1) and L(2) have been prepared and characterised by molar conductance, magnetic moment, elemental analysis and electronic, IR, H-NMR and (13)C spectral data. The different modes of chelation of the ligands and their comparative biological properties against different bacter...

Linear systems of neutral type are considered using the infinite dimensional approach. The main problems are asymptotic, non-exponential stability, exact controllability and regular asymptotic stabilizability. The main tools are the moment problem approach, the Riesz basis of invariant subspaces and the Riesz basis of family of exponentials.

We investigate in this work the validity of linear stochastic models for nonlinear dynamical systems. We exploit as our basic tool a previously proposed Rayleigh-Ritz approximation for the effective action of nonlinear dynamical systems started from random initial conditions. The present paper discusses only the case where the PDF-Ansatz employed in the variational calculation is “Markovian”, i...
