in this manuscript, we prove some coupled fixed point theoremsfor two pairs of self mappings satisfying contractive conditions of integraltype in generalized metric spaces. we furnish suitable illustrative examples.in this manuscript, we prove some coupled fixed point theoremsfor two pairs of self mappings satisfying contractive conditions of integraltype in generalized metric spaces. we furnis...

in this work, we present a computational method for solving second kindnonlinear fredholm volterra integral equations which is based on the use ofhaar wavelets. these functions together with the collocation method are thenutilized to reduce the fredholm volterra integral equations to the solution ofalgebraic equations. finally, we also give some numerical examples that showsvalidity and applica...

In previous work of the author and others, max-plus methods have been explored for solution of first-order, nonlinear Hamilton-Jacobi-Bellman partial differential equations (HJB PDEs) and corresponding nonlinear control problems. These methods exploit the max-plus linearity of the associated semigroups. In particular, although the problems are nonlinear, the semigroups are linear in the max-plu...

In previous work of the first author and others, max-plus methods have been explored for solution of first-order, nonlinear Hamilton–Jacobi–Bellman partial differential equations (HJB PDEs) and corresponding nonlinear control problems. Although max-plus basis expansion and max-plus finite-element methods can provide substantial computational-speed advantages, they still generally suffer from th...

The aim of this paper is to classify all monogenic ternary semigroups, up to isomorphism. We divide them to two groups: finite and infinite. We show that every infinite monogenic ternary semigroup is isomorphic to the ternary semigroup O, the odd positive integers with ordinary addition. Then we prove that all finite monogenic ternary semigroups with the same index...

Let S be an ordered semigroup. In this paper we first introduce the concepts of (∈,∈ ∨qk)-fuzzy ideals, (∈,∈ ∨qk)-fuzzy bi-ideals and (∈,∈ ∨qk)-fuzzy generalized bi-ideals of an ordered semigroup S by the ordered fuzzy points of S, and investigate their related properties. Furthermore, characterizations of regular ordered semigroups by the properties of (∈,∈ ∨qk)-fuzzy left ideals, (∈,∈ ∨qk)-fu...

A gain graph is a graph whose edges are orientably labelled from a group. A weighted gain graph is a gain graph with vertex weights from an abelian semigroup, where the gain group is lattice ordered and acts on the weight semigroup. For weighted gain graphs we establish basic properties and we present general dichromatic and forest-expansion polynomials that are Tutte invariants (they satisfy T...

We construct explicitly regular sequences in the semigroup ring R = C[K] of lattice points of the graded cone K. We conjecture that the quotients of R by these sequences describe locally string-theoretic cohomology of a toroidal singularity associated to K. As a byproduct, we give an elementary proof of the result of Hochster that semigroup rings of rational polyhedral cones are Cohen-Macaulay.

in [1,2,3], a. c. baker and j.w. baker studied the subspace ma(s) of the convolution measure algebra m, (s) of a locally compact semigroup. h. dzinotyiweyi in [5,7] considers an analogous measure space on a large class of c-distinguished topological semigroups containing all completely regular topological semigroups. in this paper, we extend the definitions to study the weighted semigroup algeb...
