A 3-month-old short haired pointer with crusty local alopecia around the eyes was presented to SmallAnimal Hospital of Tehran University. Scraping and biopsy were obtained from lesions of affected area.Notoedres sp. was diagnosed in skin scraping by parasitologic examination. the association of pemphigus and thymoma is real, although rare. we report a 73-year-old woman presenting with cutaneous bullac and erosions superimposed on erythematous and urticarial plaques, and a positive nikolsky sign. she. had a large mediastinal mass that proved to be a benign thymoma. her skin biopsy and direct immunofluorescence test were suggestive of superficial pemphigus.
