There are reports of spontaneous or recurrent haemothorax, in which an aberrant vessel rib spur is the cause. We report a case 13 years old male who presented twice with haemothorax bleeding from was apparent cause on first encounter and later found to have spur. He underwent left VATS procedure well tolerated without any complications.
