Chicken CITED3 (cCITED3) is a novel gene, which is expressed in the pre-somitic mesoderm, the mesonephric tubules, the Wolffian ducts and collecting tubules of the developing urogenital system and in the cranial sensory ganglia. We report a case of urachal actinomycosis that presented with abdominal pain and underwent laparotomy with the diagnosis of urachal malignancy pathology reviewed the diagnosis of urachal actinomycosis.
