This study was to assess the level of preparedness for parenthood among primi women and their spouses. The objective spouses, compare between spouses find out association with selected socio demographic variables. Results: 19(38%) had inadequate preparedness, 29(58%) moderate 2(4%) adequate 15 (30%) womens 32(64%) 3(6%) parenthood.
