In this study, Suaeda aegyptiaca (Hasselquist) Zohary is reported as a new record for Turkish flora from Akçakale district in Şanlıurfa province. The species classified under section Salsina Moq. of the genus Forssk. ex J.F. Gmel. Suaedoideae subfamily. comprehensive description, distribution maps Turkey, habitat features, morphological characteristics and digital images are given.
