Introduction/purpose: The aim of this paper is to introduce the notion an interpolative generalised Meir-Keeler contractive condition for a pair self maps in fuzzy metric space, which enlarges, unifies and generalizes contraction only one map. Using this, we establish unique common fixed point theorem two through weak compatibility. article includes example, shows validity our results. Methods:...
70 Abstract— Uterine contractions are important in many reproductive functions including the transport of sperms and embryo, menstruation, pregnancy and parturition. Improper or irregular uterine activity may underlie the common pathological disorders such as infertility, improper implantation, preterm labor, and weak uterine contraction during labor. In addition, successful labor is controll...
Previously, we reported that hyposmotic swelling evoked transient vascular smooth muscle cell (SMC) contraction that was completely abolished by L-type Ca(2+) channel blockers. In contrast, sustained contraction revealed in hyper- and isoosmotically-shrunken SMCs was insensitive to L-type channel blockers and was diminished in Ca(2+)-free medium by only 30-50%. Several research groups reported ...
The terms of F?integral contraction as well (?,?˜,F,i)?integral are introduced. Fixed point and common fixed theorems established. For the mapping F we use only supposition that it is strictly increasing. As a consequence main obtain Jungck–Wardowski, Branciari–Wardowski Jungck–Branciari type results. Consequently, results presented in article enhance complement some known literature.
Let T be a completely nonunitary contraction on a Hilbert space H with r(T ) = 1. Let an > 0, an → 0. Then there exists x ∈ H with |〈Tnx, x〉| ≥ an for all n. We construct a unitary operator without this property. This gives a negative answer to a problem of van Neerven. Let X be a complex Banach space. Then each operator T ∈ B(X) has orbits that are ”large” in the following sense [M1], [B]: Let...
We prove some common fixed-point theorems for the ordered g-weak contractions in cone rectangular metric spaces without assuming the normality of cone. Our results generalize some recent results from cone metric and cone rectangular metric spaces into ordered cone rectangular metric spaces. Examples are provided which illustrate the results.
