Esta investigación analiza la consideración de diversidad familiar en América del Sur. Se ha realizado una revisión sistemática literatura (n=41) y se han analizado, por cada país, constituciones (n=10); censos (n=20); el cuerpo normativo (n=93); políticas sociales (n=67). Los resultados presentan forma comparada países. El principal hallazgo es escaso reconocimiento a familiar.
