The present work deals with the supply chain problems related to perishable products. The EOQ model has been used to analyze the data collected and suggest a ordering policy that will minimize the loses and maximize the organizational value. The work provides a suggestion for managers to take decision regarding use of self space and reordering of items depending on the inventory usage.

This article reviews the literatures of revenue management and introduces the status of traditional research about perishable products in this field. We analyze revenue management considering strategic customer behavior and the related researches about dynamic pricing, finally we discuss the existing problems and suggest several future research directions.

We show that the monotone structures of dynamic pricing for a single perishable product under riskneutrality are preserved under risk-sensitivitywith the additive general utility and atemporal exponential utility functions.
