Let R be a commutative ring with non-zero identity and let M be a non-zero unitary R-module. The concept of fuzzy coprimary submodule as a dual notion of fuzzy primary one will be introduced and some of its properties will be studied. Among other things, the behavior of this concept with respect to fuzzy localization formation and fuzzy quotient will be examined.

‎In this paper we study the residual spectrum of the quasi-split unitary group $G=U(n,n)$ defined over a number field $F$‎, ‎coming from the Borel subgroups‎, ‎$L_{dis}^2(G(F)backslash G(Bbb A))_T$‎. ‎Due to lack of information on the local results‎, ‎that is‎, ‎the image of the local intertwining operators of the principal series‎, ‎our results are incomplete‎. ‎However‎, ‎we describe a conjec...

When $G$ is a real reductive group and $G_0$ its Cartan motion group, the Mackey-Higson bijection natural one-to-one correspondence between all irreducible tempered representations of unitary $G_0$. In this short note, we collect some known facts about topology dual $\widetilde{G}$ that $\widehat{G_0}$, then verify $\widetilde{G} \to \widehat{G_0}$ continuous.

Following a general method proposed earlier, we construct here Wigner functions defined on coadjoint orbits of a class of semidirect product groups. The groups in question are such that their unitary duals consist purely of representations from the discrete series and each unitary irreducible representation is associated with a coadjoint orbit. The set of all coadjoint orbits (hence UIRs) is fi...

We show that combining the spatial noncommutative SYM limit and Lorentz transformation, one can obtain a well-behaved light-like noncommutative SYM limit. The light-like noncommutative SYM is unitary. When the boost velocity is finite, the resulting theory with space-time noncommutativity is unitary as well. The light-like noncommutative SYM limit can also be approached by combining the noncomm...

The Haagerup property for locally compact groups is generalised to the context of locally compact quantum groups, with several equivalent characterisations in terms of the unitary representations and positive-definite functions established. In particular it is shown that a locally compact quantum group G has the Haagerup property if and only if its mixing representations are dense in the space ...

Dual-process models of recognition memory typically assume that independent familiarity and recollection signals with distinct temporal profiles can each lead to recognition (enabling two routes to recognition), whereas single-process models posit a unitary “memory strength” signal. Using multivariate classifiers trained on spectral EEG features, we quantified neural evidence for recognition de...

One of the problems with treating cognitive control in economic decision-making is that there is a resilient idea that control makes behavior rational and that emotions make it irrational. The relatively dualistic or unitary nature of decision processes is critically compared from a neuroeconomics perspective in different well known behavioral settings, such as loss aversion, temporal discounti...

We consider classes of reconstruction systems (RS’s) for finite dimensional real or complex Hilbert spaces H, called group reconstruction systems (GRS’s), that are associated with representations of finite groups G. These GRS’s generalize frames with high degree of symmetry, such as harmonic or geometrically uniform ones. Their canonical dual and canonical Parseval are shown to be GRS’s. We est...
