Oraganometallic derivatives of palladium (o) have been isolated from the displacement reaction of Pd(Pφ3)4 with 1–substituted tetrazoline-5-thione with phenyl, orthotolyl, paratolyl, parachlorophenyl and benzoyl substitution in benzene medium.
