An overview of the preliminary results of the top quark pair production cross section measurements at a center-of-mass energy of 1.96 TeV carried out by the CDF and DØ collaborations is presented. The data samples used for the analyses are collected in the current Tevatron run and correspond to an integrated luminosity from 360 pb −1 up to 760 pb −1 .
The X(3872) is universally accepted to be an exotic hadron. In this letter we assume that the X(3872) is a D 0 ¯ D * 0 molecule, as claimed by many authors, and attempt an estimate of its prompt production cross section at Tevatron. A comparison with CDF data allows to draw some qualitative conclusions about this statement.

We illustrate a formalism that allows to match the next-to-leading order cross section for the photoproduction of heavy quarks to the cross section obtained by resumming logarithms of pT /m to the next-to-leading accuracy, thus giving a sensible prediction for any value of pT. We present a comparison between our predictions and H1 and ZEUS data.
We discuss recent developments in multiloop calculations aiming eventually in computing the total cross section for e + e − annihilation into hadrons σ had in order O(α 4 s).

Azimuthal Asymmetries in unpolarized SIDIS can be used to probe the transverse momentum of quarks inside the nucleon. Furthermore, they give access to the so-far unmeasured Boer-Mulders function. We report on the first measurement of azimuthal asymmetries of the SIDIS cross section from scattering of muons off a deuteron target.

We consider strong and electromagnetic isospin violation in near–threshold pion–kaon scattering. At tree level, such effects are small for all physical channels. We work out the complete one–loop corrections to the process π−K+ → π0K0. They come out rather small. We also show that the corresponding radiative cross section is highly suppressed at threshold.
