This paper is concerned with the study of fuzzy dynamical systems. Let (XM ) be a fuzzy metric space in the sense of George and Veeramani. A fuzzy discrete dynamical system is given by any fuzzy continuous self-map dened on X. We introduce the various fuzzy shad- owing and fuzzy topological transitivity on a fuzzy discrete dynamical systems. Some relations between this notions have been proved.

A mixed quantum/classical investigation of the dynamical magnetostructural properties, that is, "magnetodynamics," of oxidized Anabaena PCC7119 ferredoxin is carried out at room temperature in two distinct conformational states. This protein hosts a [2Fe-2S] cluster in which two iron centers are antiferromagnetically coupled to an overall low-spin electronic ground state that has a genuine mult...

The structural and dynamical properties of zincblende b-GaN are calculated within a three-body Tersoff potential coupled with a molecular-dynamics simulation scheme for a temperature ranging from 300 to 900 K. A good agreement between the calculated and experimental values of the lattice constant, the bulk modulus and its derivative, and the cohesion energy are obtained. We have also calculated...

Here we present an investigation of the properties of 16 nearby galaxy groups and their constituent galaxies. The groups are selected from the Group Evolution Multiwavelength Study (GEMS) and all have X-ray as well as wide-field neutral hydrogen (HI) observations. Group membership is determined using a friends-of-friends algorithm on the positions and velocities from the 6-degree Field Galaxy S...

The compact isochronous cyclotron is considered as a source of 1.75 MeV protons for detection of explosives using the gamma–ray resonant absorption technique. Dynamical properties of the so-called Customs Cyclotron magnetic and acceleration fields were estimated analytically and digitally for the set of ion closed equilibrium orbits and by computer simulation of the beam acceleration process. T...

Let X be a compact metric space and [Formula: see text] a continuous map. Considering the space [Formula: see text] of all nonempty fuzzy sets on X endowed with the levelwise topology, we proved that its g-fuzzification is turbulent or erratic if the given system f is turbulent or erratic correspondingly and f is [Formula: see text]-expansive if and only if its g-fuzzification is [Formula: see ...

We study the relaxation times tα in the water-methanol system. We examine new data and data from the literature in the large temperature range 163 < T < 335 K obtained using different experimental techniques and focus on how tα affects the hydrogen bond structure of the system and the hydrophobicity of the alcohol methyl group. We examine the relaxation times at a fixed temperature as a functio...

Recent advances in cell sorting aim at the development of novel methods that are sensitive to various mechanical properties of cells. Microfluidic technologies have a great potential for cell sorting; however, the design of many micro-devices is based on theories developed for rigid spherical particles with size as a separation parameter. Clearly, most bioparticles are non-spherical and deforma...

To help realize the potential of complex systems models we need new measures appropriate for capturing processes that exhibit feedback, nonlinearity, heterogeneity, and emergence. As part of a larger research project encompassing several categories of dynamical properties this paper provides formal and general definitions of tipping point-related phenomena. For each tipping concept this paper p...

It has been proposed that chaos can serve as a reservoir providing an infinite number of dynamical states [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]. These can be interpreted as different behaviors, search actions or computational states which are selectively adequate for different tasks. The high flexibility of chaotic regimes has been noted, as well as other advantages over regular regimes. However, the model neurons u...
