We construct traversable wormholes with anti-de Sitter asymptotics supported by a phantom field. These are massless and symmetric respect to reflection of the radial coordinate $\eta \to - \eta$. Their circumferential radius decreases monotonically from infinity their single throat. Analogous asymptotically flat counterparts, these possess an unstable mode.
