Myocarditis is a rare but serious inflammatory disease of the myocardium, often caused by viral infections. We present unique case myocarditis in previously healthy 29-year-old male who developed symptoms and electrocardiography changes variant angina following cannabis use. This report discusses patient's atypical presentation, diagnostic evaluation, management, outcome.
