A 17 years old male patient presented with impacted mandibular right canine and partially erupted left canine, overjet of 0.5mm 100% overbite. He was treated fixed orthodontic treatment disimpaction using skeletal anchorage in maxillary arch to avoid undesirable effects on dentition.
