The coronary artery fistulas (FAC) are rare and often found occasionally. The conventional treatment can be made by surgical closure with median thoracotomy or with embolization by catheterization. We describe an innovative technique to ligature of FAC, on a full endoscopy. Women, 45 years with symptomatic fistula between coronary artery anterior descending and trunk artery pulmonary, which too...

Coronary cameral fistula (CCF) is a rare anomaly, where a communication exists between an epicardial coronary artery and a cardiac chamber. Assessing the hemodynamic significance of the fistula is crucial to make a decision concerning the management process. We present two cases of CCF, draining into the left ventricle, in which the hemodynamic significance was assessed by a fractional flow res...

Giant sinus node artery aneurysms with a fistula into the left atrium are extremely rare. A 76-year old woman was admitted to our hospital for an abnormality on her chest X-ray. Coronary computed tomography (CT) angiogram revealed a giant coronary aneurysm with feeding arteries arising from the sinus node artery and the left circumflex artery. Additionally, the aneurysm had a fistula into the l...

s: Coronary artery fistula (CAF) is a rare congenital anomaly in which a communication is present between a coronary artery and cardiac chamber. Conventional coronary angiography is an invasive and expensive procedure, and cannot provide three-dimensional data. ECG gated multidetector CT (MDCT) is useful for non-invasive evaluation of coronary artery fistulae. Objectives: In this paper, we desc...

Vieussens' arterial ring (VAR) is the connection between the conus branch of the right coronary artery and the proximal right ventricular branch of the left anterior descending coronary artery. VARs are found in 48% of the population; however, pathologic VAR is rare. We experienced a case of pathologic VAR that involved a fistula connecting to the main pulmonary artery.
