The process of constitutional revision can be observed from two standpoints: the first refers to elements procedure for amending constitution; second calls a review subject matter contained in Act Constitution. This paper discusses legitimacy Constitution and new solutions aimed at changing provisions on election judges public prosecutors, as well judicial councils Republic Serbia.
