This paper reviews the clinical utility of family-based treatment, comprised multiple family therapy (MFT) and structural (SFT), in helping Hong Kong Chinese families children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder. The author identifies psychosocial service needs these examines contributions adapted MFT SFT responding to families. Critical issues for practice research are discussed.
