two multivariate calibration methods are compared for the simultaneous chromatographic determination and separation of sulfamethoxazole (smx) and phthalazine (phz) by high performance liquid chromatography (hplc). multivariate calibration techniques such as classical least squares (cls) and inverse least squares (ils) were introduced into hplc to determine the quantification by using uv detecto...

mono-specific antisera against vibrio cholera ogawa nih-43 and vibrio cholera inaba 35-a3 were prepared from rabbit hyperimmune sera by absorbing against a heterologous strain. using ammonium sulphate precipitation procedure, gamma globulins were purified and concentrated. to visualize antigen-antibody reaction, gamma globulins were conjugated to staphylococcus aureus cowan-l (nctc: 8325) in th...

By means of He's homotopy perturbation method (HPM) an approximate solution of velocity eld is derived for the ow in straight pipes of non-Newtonian uid obeying the Sisko model. The nonlinear equations governing the ow in pipe are for- mulated and analyzed, using homotopy perturbation method due to He. Furthermore, the obtained solutions for velocity eld is graphically sketched...

Using the electromagnetic response function of an electric dipole located within a dielectric geometry, we derive the mathematical equivalence between the classical response and quantum mechanical resonant dipole–dipole interaction between two quantum objects (atoms, quantum dots, etc). Cooperative spontaneous emission likewise emerges from this equivalence. We introduce a practical numerical t...

In this paper classical matrix perturbation theory is approached from a probabilistic point of view. The perturbed quantity is approximated by a rst-order perturbation expansion, in which the perturbation is assumed to be random. This permits the computation of statistics estimating the variation in the perturbed quantity. Up to the higher-order terms that are ignored in the expansion, these st...

In this article, the effects of viscous dissipation and inertial force on the velocity and temperature distributions of the mixed convection laminar flow in a vertical channel partly filled with a saturated porous medium have been studied. In this regard, the Brinkman–Forchheimer extended Darcy model was adopted for the fluid flow in the porous region. In addition, three different viscous dissi...

We investigate the kinetic model of relativistic Vlasov–Maxwell–Chern–Simons system, which originates from gauge theory. This system can be seen as an electromagnetic fields (i.e., Maxwell–Chern–Simons fields) perturbation for classical Vlasov equation. By virtue a nondecreasing function and iteration method, uniqueness existence global solutions 1.5D case are obtained.

In this paper we prove the existence of a periodic smooth finite-dimensional center manifold near nonhyperbolic cycle in classical delay differential equations by using Lyapunov-Perron method. The results are based on rigorous functional analytic perturbation framework for dual semigroups (sun-star calculus). generality shows that extend to much broader class evolution equations.

We consider classical solutions of the inviscid Surface Quasi-geostrophic equation that are a small perturbation $\epsilon$ from radial stationary solution $\theta=|x|$. use modified energy method to prove existence time $\frac{1}{\epsilon}$ scale $\frac{1}{\epsilon^4}$. Moreover, by perturbing in suitable direction we construct global smooth solutions, via bifurcation, rotate uniformly and spa...
