Pairwise comparison matrix as a crucial component of AHP, presents the preference relations among alternatives. However, in many cases, the pairwise comparison matrix is difficult to complete, which obstructs the subsequent operations of the classical AHP. In this paper, based on DEMATEL which has ability to derive the total relation matrix from direct relation matrix, a new completion method f...
the effect of poss instruction in comparison with conventional instruction on development of esp learners’ parts of speech knowledge and attitude toward call.
In this study, the microstructural development and its effect on thermal conductivity of polyamide6 (PA6)/polypropylene (PP) blends containing boron nitride (BN) reduced graphene oxide (rGo) as hybrid fillers were investigated. Blend samples prepared using masterbatch method to localize BN rGo in matrix phase (PA6). Dynamic rheological results consistent with selective localization PA6 evidence...
We consider a decision-making problem to evaluate absolute ratings of alternatives that are compared in pairs according two criteria, subject box constraints on the ratings. The is formulated as log-Chebyshev approximation pairwise comparison matrices by common consistent matrix (a symmetrically reciprocal unit rank), minimize errors for both simultaneously. rearrange constrained bi-objective o...

Social Comparison is important as it can be either encouraging or discouraging for the person who makes it. Although studies concerning social comparison in the classroom context abound, few deal with the relationship between the role of social comparison orientation and tendencies in academic achievement in a competition based educational context. Adopting a non- experimental ex-post facto des...
Abstract. We address, in this chapter, the identification of typical patterns that best characterize a set of sequences. More specifically, we focus on data-driven methods that search for the typical patterns among the observed sequences. In life course studies, such typical sequences serve, for instance, to describe ideal-type life trajectories; i.e., the common way(s) of organizing our life. ...
We show how the quantum-to-classical transition of the cosmological fluctuations produced during an inflationary stage can be described using the consistent histories approach. We identify the corresponding histories in the limit of infinite squeezing. To take the decaying mode into account, we propose an extension to coarse-grained histories.
