In this paper, we investigate two iterative methods for k-strict pseudocontractive mappings in a real Hilbert space. We prove that the proposed iterative algorithms converge strongly to some fixed point of a strict pseudo-contractive mapping.

Using the concept of D-metric we prove some common fixed point theorems for generalized contractive mappings on a complete D-metric space. Our results extend, improve, and unify results of Fisher and´Ciri´c.

We obtained sufficient conditions for existence of fixed points of involutions in CAT(0) spaces. Convergence results of Mann and Ishikawa iterates of weakly contractive mappings are also proved.

In this work, we establish some fixed point theorems for weakly C-contractive mappings in partial metric spaces. Presented theorems extend and generalize some existence results in the literature. Also, an example is given to support our results.
