NZMATH is a system for number theory which is being developed at Tokyo Metropolitan University. From the viewpoint of a NZMATH user, we show how you can use this system and what you can do with it. Moreover, we demonstrate how to install, execute commands and link NZMATH with other softwares.

This Macintosh package efficiently interfaces GeneScan and Immunoscope softwares to Excel by extracting data from scattered files, organizing data and gathering it into a unique peak database for all samples.

UNLABELLED 'Melina' assists users to compare the results of four public softwares for DNA motif extraction in order to both confirm the reliability of each finding and avoid missing important motifs.
