Three cases of posttraumatic internal carotid artery pseudoaneurysms presenting with epistaxis and associated direct carotid cavernous fistulae in two of the patients are presented. The rare association of the two types of posttraumatic internal carotid artery damage as well as the method and outcome of endovascular therapy performed in these cases will be reported.
