Aghapournahr and Melkersson introduced the notion of condition on a Serre subcategory category modules over commutative Noetherian ring. This paper investigates structure set prime ideals satisfying subcategory. We try to calculate members this for consisting extension in two given subcategories. Moreover, we classify sets rings with small dimension.

We prove that if a right distributive ring R, which has at least one completely prime ideal contained in the Jacobson radical, satisfies either a.c.c or d.c.c. on principal right annihilators, then the prime radical of R is the right singular ideal of R and is completely prime and nilpotent. These results generalize a theorem by Posner for right chain rings.

In this paper we defined prime ideal and maximal ideal and proved several properties of these. We have discussed the space of prime ideals of a C-algebra A with respect to the hull-kernel topology, which is called the prime spectrum of A and denoted by Spec A.
