【摘要】 背景与目的 放射性I 粒子组织内植入治疗,具有对肿瘤组织高度适形,低剂量长时间照射的特点。 本研究通过测定I粒子植入治疗前后肺癌患者血清CEA、CA125、NSE、CYFRA21-1等肿瘤标志物水平,观察 I粒子 植入前后肿瘤标志物的变化,观察肿瘤治疗疗效分级与肿瘤标志物水平的关系。方法 用放射免疫方法测定I粒子植 入治疗肺癌患者前后血清中CEA、CA125、NSE、CYFRA21-1的浓度。结果 I粒子植入1月后,肺癌患者血清中CEA、 CA125、NSE、CYFRA21-1等肿瘤标志物与植入前比较即出现明显变化(P<0.01)。 I粒子植入后1个月、3个月、6个月 上述肿瘤标志物水平各组间比较无明显差异。结论 I粒子植入治疗肺癌能够有效的降低多项肿瘤标志物的水平,不 同的疗效分级的肿瘤标志物水平明显不同。 【关键词】 肺肿瘤; I粒子;CT;肿瘤标志物 【中图分类号】 ...
