The device for providing consolidation of preferential resource quality of service constraints specified by a source user and adestination user in a communication network has two quality of service translators receiving preferential resource constraintsinput from the source and destination users respectively. The translators translate input QOS requirements, for each of thesourc...
We explore a full-duplex technique in wireless communication particularly for relay networks. We consider the relay to operate in full-duplex, which occurs when transmission and reception are conducted in the same channel. We investigate potential benefits of full-duplex technique in relay networks, which uses multiple antennas for transmission and reception combined with the Amplify-Forward (A...
A mobile ad-hoc network consists of a collection of mobile nodes which can communicate with each other with the help of wireless links without the help of any pre-existing communication infrastructure. Due to the lack of infrastructure in these type of networks, nodes itself can act as a routers and relay the packets from source to destination. There are so many routing protocols used in MANET ...
In conventional multicast communication, the source carries a single conversation with all destination nodes. If a node on the path to any destination becomes congested, the throughput to all destinations is reduced, thus treating some destination nodes unfairly. We consider a window-controlled multipoint connection and study the use of destination set grouping, where the destination set can be...
The objective of this document is to decompose the gross value bilateral exports automotive sector in NAFTA region, according source and destination its added. A multi-country input-output model utilized. results indicate that Canada Mexico are highly dependent on U.S. inputs produce while records highest content domestic value-added. Besides, has formed production chains supply with after proc...
Cooperative networking schemes in wireless networks provide cooperative diversity gain using differently located antennas that combat fadings induced by multipath propagation. In this paper, we present the optimal weight design for the destination in AF (Amplify and Forward) relay system, where the optimally designed MRC (Maximum Ratio Combining) is employed at the destination for S→D link (dir...
In the existing system, the problem of TCP in MANET’s environment is packet losses induced by network congestion. In case if congestion occurs it leads to the loss of data. In the proposed system, Blue algorithm is used for avoiding packet loss in TCP with wireless network based on checking size of queue. If the size of queue is maximum, gateway directly forwards the packet to destination throu...
Title of dissertation: BEAMFORMING ALGORITHMS FOR INFORMATION RELAYING IN DENSE WIRELESS NETWORKS Mohamed Abdallah, Doctor of Philosophy, 2006 Dissertation directed by: Assistant Professor Haralabos C. Papadopoulos Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering In this dissertation we develop a class of bandwidth-efficient algorithms for information relaying in large-scale wireless ad-hoc ne...
In this paper a new cooperative transmission scheme is proposed that enjoys some important advantages over similar protocols First it achieves cooperative diversity without relying on orthogonal subspaces e g di erent spreading codes or frequency bands allowing full rate transmission Second its performance degrades gracefully as the path loss between cooperating partners increases never falling...
In this paper we are going to evaluate the efficacy of FEC coding. To evaluate it we are going to transfer data from Source to Destination. Before receiving the data in the Destination we create packet loss in Queue. Thus after creating packet loss, we receive the remaining packets in the Destination. Then we recover the lost Packets in the Destination and evaluate FEC’s performance.
