We show that propositional linear temporal logic with knowledge modalities but without common knowledge has an undecidable satisfiability problem when interpreted in a ‘concrete’ semantics with perfect recall or with perfect recall and synchrony. We then conclude that this concrete semantics is not axiomatizable in the semantics, based on local states.

We investigate the problem of the verification of multiagent systems by means of parallel algorithms. We present algorithms for CTLK, a logic combining branching time temporal logic with epistemic modalities. We report on an implementation of these algorithms and present the experimental results obtained. The results point to a significant speed-up in the verification step.

The histopathological changes in the temporal bones of one donor individual deceased for complications of neurofibromatosis type 2 are studied. The different modalities of presentation of neurofibromatosis and the criteria for the differential diagnosis are presented. The possibilities of the auditory brainstem implants in this pathology are discussed.

The ameloblastoma has been described as benign but locally invasive; benign and locally invasive with strong tendency to recur; and locally malignant. Recurrence of this lesion in to the infratemporal and temporal region are rarely reported cases. Complete excision of lesion was done with the help of the advance imaging modalities and possible cause of recurrence in this case is discussed.

We investigate the complexity of the satisfiability problem of temporal logics with a finite set of modalities definable in the existential fragment of monadic second-order logic. We show that the problem is in pspace over the class of all linear orders. The same techniques show that the problem is in pspace over many interesting classes of linear orders.

A recent study using a crossmodal matching task showed that the identity of a talker could be recognized even when the auditory and visual stimuli that were being matched were different sentences spoken by the talker. This finding implies that general temporal features of a person's speech are shared across the auditory and visual modalities.

I motivate and formalize three interactions between context and epistemic modalities, discussing (1) the effects of temporal perspective on knowledge of the future, (2) the effects of perceived risk on belief, and (3) the effects of presupposed background information on epistemic ‘might’.
