ポットカーネーション(Dianthus caryophyllus L.)の輸送を想定した保管中の明暗と温度が小花の萎凋および開花期間に及ぼす影響を検討した.‘グランルージュ’ および ‘マハロ’ の2品種は,保管温度を20°Cとすると,暗黒条件の開花期間は明期のある条件(PPFD;110~214 μmol・m–2・sec–1,12時間日長)に比べ2日以上短くなった.また,輸送を想定した7日間までに萎凋した小花の割合は,両品種とも暗黒条件が明期条件に比べ30%以上高く,‘マハロ’ では萎凋した小花からエチレン生成が認められた.20°C・暗黒条件においても,上記2品種は1-methylcyclopropene(1-MCP)を1000 ppbで12時間の前処理することで,無処理に比べ開花期間が1日以上長くなり,暗黒処理7日後の萎凋した小花の割合が30%以上低くなった.保管温度が10°Cでは...
