CASE PRESENTATION A skin nodule in the axillary skin on excision biopsy revealed invasive lobular carcinoma. CONCLUSIONS Carcinoma in accessory breast tissue is uncommon especially invasive lobular type. A high index of suspicion may avoid late diagnosis.
