Renal arteriovenous malformations (AVM) are abnormal communications between the intrarenal arterial and venous systems. These lesions may present with a wide range of signs symptoms, including hypertension hematuria. We report case 71-year-old woman incidentally diagnosis asymptomatic right renal AVM.
