In this article, we study the distribution of values Dirichlet L-functions, random models for and discrepancy between these two kinds distributions. For each question, consider cases 1 2 < Re s $\frac{1}{2}<\operatorname{Re}s<1$ = $\operatorname{Re}s=1$ separately.
