the notions of quasi-prime submodules and developed  zariski topology was introduced by the present authors in cite{ah10}. in this paper we use these notions to define a scheme. for an $r$-module $m$, let $x:={qin qspec(m) mid (q:_r m)inspec(r)}$. it is proved that $(x, mathcal{o}_x)$ is a locally ringed space. we study the morphism of locally ringed spaces induced by $r$-homomorphism $mrightar...

One of the purposes in the computation of cohomology groups is to establish invariants which may be helpful in the classification of the objects under consideration. In the theory of continuous Hochschild cohomology for operator algebras R. V. Kadison and J. R. Ringrose proved [10] that for any hyperfinite von Neumann algebra M and any dual normal M-bimodule S, all the continuous cohomology gro...

This paper presents the first IEEE 802.16m medium access control (MAC) protocol module embedded in the network simulator version 3 (ns-3). The designed module provides a validation tool for researchers to verify simulated results related to the IEEE 802.16m. This module supports the basic MAC functions which includes an initial ranging (IR) function; four types of bandwidth request (BR) procedu...

Let (S,≤) be a strictly totally ordered monoid, R be a commutative ring and M be an R-module. We show the following results: (1) If (S,≤) satisfies the condition that 0 ≤ s for all s ∈ S, then the module [[MS,≤]] of generalized power series is a semi Hopfian [[RS,≤]]-module if and only if M is a semi Hopfian R-module; (2) If (S,≤) is artinian, then the generalized inverse polynomial module [MS,...

Let (R,m) be a Noetherian local ring, M be a finitely generated R-module of dimension n and a be an ideal of R. In this paper, generalizing the main results of Dibaei and Jafari [3] and Rezaei [8], we will show that if T is a subset of AsshR M, then there exists an ideal a of R such that AttR Hna (M)=T. As an application, we give some relationships between top local cohomology modules and top f...

Let (R, m) and (S, n) be commutative Noetherian local rings, and let φ : R→ S be a flat local homomorphism such that mS = n and the induced map on residue fields R/m→ S/n is an isomorphism. Given a finitely generated R-module M , we show that M has an S-module structure compatible with the given R-module structure if and only if Ext R (S, M) is finitely generated as an R-module for each i ≥ 1. ...

In this paper we examine a variety of algebraic contexts in which the quantum Yang–Baxter equation arises, and derive methods for generating new solutions from given ones. The solutions we describe are encoded in objects which have a module and a comodule structure over a bialgebra. Our work here is based in part on the ideas of [DR1, DR2]. Suppose that R : M ⊗M −→ M ⊗M is a solution to the qua...

Definition 1.2. The module of relative differential forms of B over A is a Bmodule ΩB/A, together with an A-derivation d : B → ΩB/A satisfying the following universal property: for any B-module M and for any A-derivation d : B → M , there exists a unique B-module homomorphism f : ΩB/A → M such that d ′ = f ◦d. If DerA(B,M) denotes the set of all A-derivations from B into M , then we have a natu...

Let R be a commutative ring with identity and Mbe a unitary R-module. In this paper we generalize the conceptmultiplicatively closed subset of R and we study some propertiesof these genaralized subsets of M. Among the many results in thispaper, we generalize some well-known theorems about multiplicativelyclosed subsets of R to these generalized subsets of M. Alsowe show that some other well-kno...

A finite module M over a noetherian local ring R is said to be Gorenstein if Ext(k, M) = 0 for all i 6= dimR. A endomorphism φ : R → R of rings is called contracting if φ(m) ⊆ m for some i ≥ 1. Letting R denote the R-module R with action induced by φ, we prove: A finite R-module M is Gorenstein if and only if HomR( R,M) ∼= M and ExtiR( R,M) = 0 for 1 ≤ i ≤ depthR.
