We have made a summary for Chongqing Standardized Nurse Training Class at several aspects, including the basic information of trainees, configuration teachers, setting courses, and effect analysis. Meanwhile, some improvement measures are proposed according to comments suggestions. This study provides reliable basis cultivating management cadres standardized nurse training.
