In this study, the forest vegetation of Mahmut Mountain (Izmir-Turkey) was analyzed by the method of Braun-Blanquet. According to their ecological and floristic characters, 4 plant associations were connected to the alliances of Quercion ilicis and Adenocarpo complicati-Pinion pallasianae.
