We study the approximate flavour symmetries imposed on the lepton sector assuming see-saw mechanism as the neutrino mass structure. We apply the symmetry to various neutrino phenomenologies and obtain constraints on neutrino masses and mixings. Typeset using REVTEX [email protected] 1

We discuss the prospects for detecting right-handed neutrinos which are introduced in the see-saw mechanism at future colliders. This requires a very accurate cancellation between contributions from different right-handed neutrinos to the light neutrino mass matrix.
