this article proposes a direct method for solving three types of integral equations with time delay. by using operational matrix of integration, integral equations can be reduced to a linear lower triangular system which can be directly solved by forward substitution. numerical examples shows that the proposed scheme have a suitable degree of accuracy.

A new technique is presented for accelerating the fast multipole method, allowing rapid solution of surface integral equations for wave scattering problems. A non-nested, ray propagation approach is used to compute a matrix-vector multiply in O(N 4=3) operations, where N is the number of unknowns in the discretized integral equation.

The surface integral formalism is used to derive the integral equations for the scattering of diffusive waves, which account for the contribution of object boundaries and interfaces between media and which are numerically solved without approximations. The extinction theorem and other surface integral theorems for diffusive waves are introduced to obtain the boundary values of both the photon d...

Various methods for efficiently solving electromagnetic problems are presented. Electromagnetic scattering problems can be roughly classified into surface and volume problems, while fast methods are either differential or integral equation based. The resultant systems of linear equations are either solved directly or iteratively. A review of various differential equation solvers, their complexi...

Response of a transversely isotropic 3-D half-space subjected to a surface time-harmonic excitation is presented in analytical form. The derivation of the fundamental solutions expressed in terms of displacements is based on the prefect series of displacement potential functions that have been obtained in the companion paper by the authors. First the governing equations are uncoupled in the cyl...

Using the mean-value theorem for integrals we tried to solved the nonlinear integral equations of Hammerstein type . The mean approach is to obtain an initial guess with unknown coefficients for unknown function y(x). The procedure of this method is so fast and don't need high cpu and complicated programming. The advantages of this method are that we can applied for those integral equations whi...

In this paper, we solve higher index differential algebraic equations (DAEs) by transforming them into integral algebraic equations (IAEs). We apply collocation methods on continuous piece-wise polynomials space to solve the obtained higher index IAEs. The efficiency of the given method is improved by using a recursive formula for computing the integral part. Finally, we apply the obtained algo...

Numerical formulations based on surface integral equations (SIEs) provide an accurate and efficient framework for the solution of the electromagnetic scattering problem by three-dimensional plasmonic nanostructures in the frequency domain. In this paper, we present a unified description of SIE formulations with both singular and nonsingular kernel and we study their accuracy in solving the scat...

In this work, we introduce a novel method for solving two-dimensional fuzzy Fredholm integral equations of the second kind (2D-FFIE-2). We use new representation of parametric form of fuzzy numbers and convert a two-dimensional fuzzy Fredholm integral equation to system of two-dimensional Fredholm integral equations of the second kind in crisp case. We can use Adomian decomposition method for n...
