An absolute neutrophil count >500/mm3 was attained on day +9 and an unsupported platelet count >20000/mm3 was achieved on day +30. Chimerism analysis on day +24 by XY analysis revealed 100% donor cells. Patient was discharged on day +31. Patient is well at last follow up on day +140.
