Chrysobothris requensis sp. nov. is described and illustrated from specimens collected in a seasonally dry forest locality of the Lambayeque region northwestern Peru. The new species similar to several with green spots on elytra which it can be distinguished by color body, shape, arrangement fasciae male genitalia.
