In this paper, I discuss the cases of schema conflicts in the process of combination of primitive schemas. I claim that a functional schema overcomes a configurational schema in a case of the conflict of the two schemas. I also show that a more abstract functional schema wins over a less abstract or more concrete schema when two functional schemas conflict with each other.
