We proposed a structure of patterned TFT array films to prevent the macro‐cracks, which was implemented on foldable organic light‐emitting diode (OLED) display. The out‐bending tests demonstrated that protection can improve reliability. And limitation bending radius achieved 1.5 millimeter.
