We discuss the two-slit experiment and the Aharonov-Bohm (AB) experiment in the magnetic field. In such a case the electron moving in the magnetic field produces so called synchrotron radiation. In other words the photons are emitted from the points of the electron trajectory and it means that the trajectory of electron is visible in the synchrotron radiation spectrum. The axiomatic system of q...

For the inverse synthetic aperture radar (ISAR) imaging of a target at a long range, range alignment using the existing polynomial method brings about poor results because the flight trajectory changes depending on the initial position, and the motion parameters, meaning the polynomial cannot fit the trajectory. This paper proposes an improved range alignment method that models the trajectory u...

VAMOS (VAriable MOde Spectrometer) is a large solid angle ray-tracing spectrometer employing numerical methods for reconstructing the particle trajectory. Complete identification of reaction products has been achieved by trajectory reconstruction. Equipped with a versatile detection system, VAMOS is capable of identifying reaction products from diverse reactions using beams at GANIL. The techni...

Recent advances in nano technology lead to nanorobots, which are effectively used as nanomedicine. Future medical nanotechnology has been imagined to employ nanorobots injected into the human body to perform treatment on a cellular level. Every nanorobot placed inside the human body will encounter immune system as obstacles during flowing within a human body. Thus nanorobot must use strategy fo...

Optimal control problems appear in several engineering fields and in particular on the control of fedbatch fermentation processes. These problems are often described by sets of nonlinear differential and algebraic equations, usually subject to constraints in the state and control variables. Tradicional approaches to the optimal feed trajectory computation consists in getting a linear spline tha...

Test particle transport determined by the Lorentz force in turbulent magnetized plasmas is studied. The time dependent diffusion coefficient, valid for the whole range of parameters, is obtained by developing the decorrela-tion trajectory method. The effects of Larmor gyration in the presence of trapping are analyzed and several transport regimes are evidenced.

We present an experimental procedure to perform broadband microrheological measurements with optical tweezers. A generalized Langevin equation is adopted to relate the time-dependent trajectory of a particle in an imposed flow to the frequency-dependent moduli of the complex fluid. This procedure allows us to measure the material linear viscoelastic properties across the widest frequency range ...

We present a particle filter-based multitarget tracking method incorporating Gaussian process dynamical model (GPDM) to improve robustness in multitarget tracking. With the particle filter Gaussian process dynamical model (PFGPDM), a highdimensional target trajectory dataset of the observation space is projected to a low-dimensional latent space in a nonlinear probabilistic manner, which will t...
