Peripheral neuropathy is the most common dose-limiting toxicity associated with oxaliplatin. We report on a 61-year-old female patient with advanced primary ampullary adenocarcinoma who received 35 cycles of FOLFIRINOX (5-fluorouracil, irinotecan, and oxaliplatin) chemotherapy.
