In this paper by definition of generalized action of generalized Lie groups (top spaces) on a manifold, the concept of stabilizer of the top spaces is introduced. We show that the stabilizer is a top space, moreover we find the tangent space of a stabilizer. By using of the quotient spaces, the dimension of some top spaces are fined.

The paper studies the class of analytic input/state/output systems for which the vector fields and the observation functions are only partially defined. The state space of the system is a universe space a newly defined concept. As an example, quotient systems and observability are studied in detail. Observability is defined in a new way, consistent with the “universal” approach.

In this paper we improve some mapping theorems on א-spaces. For instance we show that an א-space is preserved by a closed and countably bi-quotient map. This is an improvement of Yun Ziqiu’s theorem: an א-space is preserved by a closed and open map.
