This paper attempts to introduce the dynamics of electroporation into single cell model. The main characteristics model were described. Results show generation and rise pores in a round with radius 50 μm exposed 40 kV/m electric field for 1 ms analysed, so that transmembrane potential, number membrane conductance could be calculated. Finally, how can help explain experiment is discussed.
