Secondary infection of the skin to hydatidosis of the liver is very rare. In this report a man is presented with two cutaneous abscesses in right lower part of his chest wall. Further examination disclosed a hydatid cyst 91,111 mm in diameter in the lower part of the right lobe of the liver connecting with the cutaneous abscesses.
