A non-evaporable getter pump using the ZAO alloy was installed on TCV and operated during 2019 experimental campaign. The performance, determined from in-situ pumping speed measurements, indicates that current technologies are well suited to tokamak operations with high power exhaust plasmas, provide an interesting alternative for applications in fusion experiments.
